Lindi’s Music Notes Piano Lessons
My piano career has spanned the past 40 years. I am an accomplished performer at various special events around the Lewiston area. In addition I love to share my love of piano/keyboard/organ music by offering lessons to all who wish to learn. In addition to my piano lessons I am a piano tuner who enjoys rescuing pianos and giving them a better home.
The advantages of taking piano lessons go beyond the ability to play and appreciate music. Here are just a few:

Playing the piano requires a great sense of concentration to read music and translate that into playing the notes on the piano. In addition, each hand plays different notes and that requires coordination. These are skills you develop as you practice piano lessons.
4. Better Academic Results in School
Studies have shown a correlation between taking piano lessons and improved skills in school. Piano helps develop both general and spatial cognitive development, which is one of the basic skills in higher mathematics. Studies have also shown that the youth that study music have higher grades and achieve greater success in their life skills.
