Hi – Lorinda Bisso or Lindi to my friends here to tell you a little about myself.
When you enter my music studio you are now my friend for life! More important that is that there is only one RULE!
Rule No. 1 = MUST HAVE FUN!
I have been playing music from before I can remember. My love of music started with the accordion, piano and organ. My father is an accomplished accordionist and my mother plays the piano and organ. The genre of Ragtime is my most favorite piano music although “Big Band” era music is an oft used genre to tickle the ivories with. Training as a classical pianist allows for the correct interpretation of both of these music styles or so I am told.
I can often be heard saying; “If music isn’t fun then my studio is not doing what it is suppose to be doing!” I only want to share my love of music with everyone! My music sharing has included decorating the street pianos in downtown Lewiston, playing for various venues including the Red Lion during holiday buffets, participating in the Music Pit in the local Civic Theatre productions, playing for the annual Chamber Awards Dinner and teaching keyboard/piano to my students from young to old.
Music and pictures speak a thousand words:
